Phone: 502-489-6121 Lilly Manibusan coordinates our policyholder service for our existing clients with an effective “attention to detail” approach. Prior to entering the insurance business with John H. Ward & Co. she worked in the Human Resources Department/Operations for Rideon Services Inc., a company in Southern California and she has held positions with two Louisville businesses as Office Manager. She is blessed with an outgoing personality, a desire to do good and a goal of representing our business and the needs of our clients in the highest professional manner - a goal which she effectively reaches every day. John has suggested that she consider sales in some capacity as her interest in people, her persistence, and her desire to complete a task would make her well suited to that endeavor. She is strong willed and has instead chosen to perfect a needed service for our company that personalizes John H. Ward & Co.’s attention to all client’s inquiries. Her responsiveness to our client’s requests generates regular compliments about her efficiency and follow-through. She understands fully that we have an ethical obligation and a desire to treat each of our clients the way we, ourselves, would want to be treated at all times. John says, “I’ve given up trying to make her a sales person since she does such a good job for and cares so much about our clients.” Lilly, whose father was a career soldier in the US Army (with 2 tours in Vietnam and 1 tour in Korea) has lived in a number of places in the USA and abroad. She grew up in a large family of 5 brothers and 2 sisters and is now a single mother with two adult children who are “launched.” Lilly is blessed with a great sense of humor, a gift for story telling, a desire to serve our clients and a passion for life born out of coping with those siblings as a child.
